Case Study
Heel Quik
Atlanta's cobbler at Lenox.
Forty-eight years at Lenox Square and 178 five-star reviews, all hidden behind a one-page GoDaddy form. We built the brand, the site, and the AI-search architecture to match the legacy.
The Challenge
Forty-eight years of trust.
None of it online.
and a website that didn't show any of it.
The homepage was a form.
The cobbler at Lenox Square since 1977, with 178 five-star reviews. But the whole website was a one-page form. No story, no team, no reason to call.
We built a full site around their story, with a heritage timeline and a team page that honor the legacy.
Not one service on the site.
They fix Louboutins, restore Jordan 1s, and repair handbags and boots. None of it was online. To see what they did, you had to walk in.
A page for every service, each with real before-and-after photos and the words people actually search for.
Google didn't know they cleaned sneakers.
Sneaker cleaning is Atlanta's fastest-growing service, and their rival was winning it. Heel Quik had a sneaker specialist in back, but nothing online said so.
A sneaker-care page that puts their specialist front and center. The one their rival still doesn't have.
AI search couldn't see them.
Their hours, services, and reviews sat in a format AI couldn't read. So ChatGPT, Siri, and Google's AI had to guess, and got it wrong.
We tagged every page so AI search can read it. Found on day one, not months later.
Same-day work, and nobody knew.
Competitors run six-week backlogs. Heel Quik turns most jobs in 24 to 48 hours. Their best sales line lived only in regulars' heads.
We put their 24-to-48-hour promise up front, with photo intake so customers send details before they visit.
