Amanda Matthews-Owens built Delaware's most trusted cleaning service on reputation alone: 407 five-star reviews, 22 years in the community. Her Joomla site wasn't keeping up, so we built something that matches the care she brings to every home.

A site that works, but doesn't match the business.
The old site worked, but generic page titles, hidden trust signals, and a dated look didn't show 22 years of community trust. Franchises with big budgets were winning on first impression while Amanda's reputation sat behind a template.
We rebuilt the site from scratch in modern Astro, so the real quality of The Modern Maid's service shows from the first scroll instead of being buried two pages deep.

Most cleaning customers expect to book online before they ever call. Without that option, anyone who wants to book at 10pm on a Wednesday goes to a franchise instead.
We built a full booking system tied to Amanda's service tiers: one-time, weekly, biweekly, and monthly, with home-size and add-on options. Recurring clients can rebook in one tap.
The best trust signals, hidden in menus.
Amanda's Cleaning for a Reason partnership, two free cleans a month for cancer patient homes, and her Elder Check-In & Companionship service are exactly the kind of thing that earns new clients. Neither one was visible where it mattered.
We built dedicated pages for Elder Check-In and the charity-clean program, written for both human readers and AI assistants, so the selling happens before anyone picks up the phone.

The browser tab literally read "Home," a big miss for people searching "house cleaning Delaware OH." You've Got Maids and Molly Maid have polished sites with instant booking. They don't have 22 years of local trust, but they were winning the search results.
We wrote page titles, meta descriptions, and business info tagged so Google and AI can read it, all built to rank for Delaware County searches, plus service-area pages for Delaware, Powell, Westerville, and the northern Columbus suburbs.
